Privacy Policy
How Mofarreh Pharmacy collects, uses and protects your information.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, optionally, your email address and order notes. If you create an account we also store your login email and a securely hashed password. We do not collect payment card details; orders are confirmed and paid on delivery.
How we use it
Your details are used only to confirm availability, arrange delivery and contact you about your order. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
How we protect it
Phone numbers and addresses are encrypted before they are stored, all traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to order data is limited to the Mofarreh Pharmacy team. Login and checkout forms are protected against automated abuse.
Your choices
You can update or delete saved addresses from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and order history, contact support@mofarreh.store.
